We don’t just taco ‘bout community support—we live it!

Since 2014, we’ve been honored to partner with numerous charitable organizations, donating more than $90,000 to causes that make a difference in the communities we serve.

We’re proud to give back through 3 initiatives:

Fiesta Fundraisers:  We proudly support charities and nonprofit groups by donating a portion of sales from these special events. We receive numerous requests from worthy causes and carefully review each request to maximize our impact.

Sponsorships: Cinco’s Cantina is proud to support our community by sponsoring youth sports teams and participating in beloved local events such as Run Before You Crawl, Downtown Trick-or-Treat, Zombie Walk, and more. These events bring people together for fun, connection, and fundraising, creating lasting memories while making a meaningful impact.

In-Kind Donations: We’re also pleased to contribute through gift cards, coupons, and food donations to help support fundraising efforts.

Fiesta Fundraiser FAQ

I’ve booked my fundraiser date. What is next?

After your date is confirmed, you’ll receive your custom fundraiser flyer to assist with promotion. As your event approaches, we’ll also send reminder emails with important details and helpful guidance to ensure everything runs smoothly and your fundraiser is a success.

From this point on, your primary focus should be promoting your event and encouraging your supporters to join us on your scheduled fundraiser date. The most successful fundraisers promote their events through multiple avenues, such as email, social media, and word of mouth, to reach as many supporters as possible.

How Does the Fundraiser Work?

On the day of your event, guests can dine in or order takeout. To ensure their purchase counts toward your fundraiser, guests must tell their server or mention your organization when ordering. This step is critical, so please highlight it in any email blasts, flyers, or social media posts.

If ordering online directly through our website, guests should use the promo code provided on your flyer. Note: orders placed through third-party services (DoorDash) cannot be tracked and, therefore, will not be included in participating sales.

What Do Our Supporters Need to Do?

Supporters simply choose to dine in or order takeout on your fundraiser date, mention your organization by name when ordering, and enjoy their meal while supporting your cause. That’s it!

Are There Any On-Site Fundraising Activities Allowed?

To keep things running smoothly for our team and guests, we cannot accept in-restaurant donation requests, cash collection, raffles, or ticket sales. Your fundraiser is powered entirely through food and beverage sales.

How Can We Help Maximize Turnout?

Promotion makes a big difference.

We recommend sending an email reminder the day before and the day of your event, posting on social media, and encouraging supporters to share with friends and family.

What Does Cinco’s Cantina Handle?

Our team takes care of everything behind the scenes, including promoting your fundraiser through our own marketing channels, tracking participation, calculating fundraiser totals, and ensuring your event runs smoothly.

Anything Else We Should Know?

We’re so grateful to partner with your organization and are excited to support your mission. Thank you for choosing Cinco’s Cantina — we look forward to a successful fundraiser together.
