Joining is easy and free. All you need is a phone number or email address.
You can sign up by:
• Scanning a QR code at the restaurant
• Asking your server to enroll you
• Enrolling when placing an order on our website or the Toast Local App
• Signing up directly on our website

You earn 10 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases at any Cinco’s Cantina location.
We’ll also offer bonus point opportunities from time to time, such as:

Reward options and point values may change from time to time- we like to keep things interesting.
Just let your server know before you pay that you’d like to use your reward. We’ll apply it directly to your check through our system. Easy!
No. Your points are yours.
Yes. If you forgot to add your rewards when you paid, we can usually add your points after the fact.

Receipts must be submitted within 7 days of your visit.
Yes, points are earned on most food and beverage purchases. Certain items, such as gift cards or discounted amounts, may be excluded.
Absolutely. As long as you use the same phone number or email when ordering, your points will be added automatically.
Points are earned on the amount paid after discounts or rewards are applied.
Rewards generally cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
Yes. Members receive a special birthday reward- because tacos are better with candles.
Rewards are tied to your account and can’t be transferred or shared.
Nope. It’s completely free to join and free to use.
- Email/Text Link: Upon enrolling, you receive a welcome message with a link to your e-loyalty card.
- Local by Toast App: Open the app, select Cinco’s Cantina, and view your points under the restaurant header.
- At the Restaurant: Ask staff to look up your account on the terminal or Toast Go device using your phone number or email.
